Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, product demand, supplier delays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and may offer shipping to selected international destinations, depending on product availability and carrier coverage.
Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. If shipping is not available to your location, you may not be able to complete the order.

Order Tracking

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately or may show limited information while the package is in transit.
Multiple Shipments

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We will review the issue and assist where possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may contact the carrier, request additional information, provide replacement options, or offer another appropriate solution.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the damage or problem. We will review the case and work to make it right in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
