Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a return due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your return is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping label, depending on the circumstances.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damages, Defects and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item.
For defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and work to make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, return instructions, or another appropriate solution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- gift cards;
- downloadable or digital products;
- custom, personalized, or special-order items;
- personal care items, hygiene products, or items that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons once opened or used;
- items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or accessories;
- items marked as final sale, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
